Techtran Polylenses has received an approval to enter East African markets by incorporating a subsidiary company in Kenya to set up prescription surface labs. The board of director at its meeting held on August 12, 2013 has approved for the same.
The board has also approved for withdrawal of the petition filed with the High Court of AP, Hyderabad for amalgamation of Hemarus Therapeutics.
