Advik Capital has informed that pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Company and one its promoter/director along with certain other Notices has been served Show Cause Notice (“SCN”) dated February 13, 2025, from the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 under Rule 4(1) of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 read with Section 15-I of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 regarding certain trading transactions undertaken by them in the scrip of another company listed on the BSE. The Company will be filing appropriate response within the prescribed timelines or evaluating all available legal options. The Impact on financial, operation or other activities of the Company cannot be accurately quantified or assessed at present based solely on the issuance of the Notice. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as an Annexure 1.
