Foseco India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 and also to consider, if thought fit, to recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has remain closed from January 1, 2025 and will continue to remain closed until March 2, 2025 for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, for the purpose of approving and taking on record the Audited Financial Results as above, for recommendation of the final dividend, if thought fit, and for other allied matters, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
