Globalspace Technologies has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Powerhouse Technology (MOD3RN Care) on February 18, 2025. The MoU pertains to participation in the Maharashtra Government’s Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Screening Program involving AI and Digital technologies. The comprehensive solution is developed by integrating an AI platform with GE Healthcare hardware to facilitate mass screening. MOD3RN Care, along with Globalspace and GE Healthcare, will jointly bid for the project, which is expected to be valued at around $400 million (Rs 3,500 crore).
This strategic collaboration is expected to positively impact the company’s growth and financial performance in future by enabling entry into digital health and AI-driven mass screening solutions.
