With refer to the advertisement dated 15th February 2025, published in Business Standard and Navshakti, regarding the unaudited financial results of Joindre Capital Services for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, Joindre Capital Services has informed that there were clerical errors in the reported net profit, comprehensive income for the period, and earnings per share. A corrigendum has been issued to rectify these errors, and attached the corrigendum for reference.
