Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Century Plyboards (India) has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned Subsidiary by the name ‘Centuryply Furniture Fittings’ at Kolkata on 18th February, 2025 for the purpose of manufacturing fitting and fixtures for furniture. Although formal Certificate of Incorporation is yet to be received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), this disclosure is made on the basis of the Company Master Data of Centuryply Furniture Fittings uploaded by MCA on its web portal. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are enclosed.
