The exchange has sought clarification, 7Seas Entertainment has confirmed that the board meeting commenced at 3:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 6:50 PM (IST). The mention of the conclusion time as 3:30 PM in the outcome was a clerical error, which we sincerely regret. Upon noticing the error, it promptly rectified it.
