In reference to the email dated February 12, 2025 from the Exchange regarding Additional Details Required under SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the Board Meeting outcome intimated dated 07-Feb-2025. The exchange has sought clarification, 7Seas Entertainment has confirmed that the board meeting commenced at 3:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 6:50 PM (IST). The mention of the conclusion time as 3:30 PM in the outcome was a clerical error, which we sincerely regret. Upon noticing the error, it promptly rectified it.
