NESCO has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name of Nesco Retail and the details in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 were given in the said intimation. In this connection, further informed that ‘Nesco Retail Private Limited’ has been incorporated as Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company on 21 February 2025, having its registered Office at Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on 21 February 2025.
