Colab Platforms has formed a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name and style as ‘Colab Sports Ventures’. The wholly owned subsidiary is incorporated in the state of Maharashtra vide Certificate of Incorporation granted by Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The WOS will play a pivotal role in driving the holding company's business expansion. The object clause provides a board framework for the WOS to sports goods equipment and apparels through online and off line channels.
