One 97 Communications’ subsidiary -- Mobiquest Mobile Technologies has completed sale of 100% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Xceed IT Solutions (Xceed). With this, Xceed ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Mobiquest Mobile Technologies at its meeting held on January 20, 2025 had considered, discussed and approved the same.
