Nureca has received approval for purchasing land located in India for building manufacturing, research and development and warehousing/storage facilities. The company will plan to set up the industry in any state of India where the company will get maximum benefits from any state and central governments for all incentives and subsidies that may be available to strengthen company’s business which will contribute to optimizing the company’s financial efficiency and help in achieving company's strategic objectives and long-term growth plans.
The board has also approved a total investment of upto Rs 30 crore for such purchase of land, building manufacturing, research and development and warehousing/storage facilities. The Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on February 24, 2025, has approved the same.
