With reference to our earlier letter dated 21st February 2025, Heera Ispat has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2025 is postponed and rescheduled to Friday February 28, 2025 to consider and take on Agenda as per Reference to earlier letter. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed and will reopen on March 02, 2025.
