Chemcrux Enterprises has completed the acquisition of 5000 equity shares of Rs 10 each (50%) of Kalichem on February 27, 2025. With this acquisition, Kalichem has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company and ceases to be the Joint Venture Company.
Earlier, the company had received in-principal approval from board of directors of the company to acquire and/or subscribe 5000 equity shares of Rs 10 each (50%) of Kalichem.
Chemcrux Enterprises is engaged in high pressure Oxidation, Chlorosulfonation, Nitration and Aceylation for manufacturing of intermediates for bulk drugs, dyes and pigments.
