S.I. Capital & Financial Services has informed that Ajeesh K A, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has voluntarily resigned from the services of the Company. The Board of Directors, by way of a circular resolution passed today, has accepted his resignation and agreed to relieve Ajeesh K A of his duties, roles, and responsibilities with effect from the close of working hours on February 28, 2025. The Board will appoint his successor in due course and intimate the stock exchanges of the same. This letter may be treated as communication under Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
