With reference to previous disclosures dated February 7, 2024 and November 25, 2024 with respect to the Scheme of Arrangement amongst the Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (Transferor Company) and Paradeep Phosphates (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, Zuari Agro Chemicals has informed that, the Transferor Company and Transferee Company have received an observation letter dated February 28, 2025 from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) regarding the Scheme of Arrangement stating its ‘No objection’ in terms of Regulation 37 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, so as to enable the Companies to file the Scheme of Arrangement with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (‘NCLT’).
