NLC India, Mahindra & Mahindra and RPP Infra Projects to see some action today

NLC India has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from SJVN for 200 MW Wind Power Project at a tariff of Rs 3.74 per kWh on February 28, 2025. The project is set to generate 526 MU of clean green power each year offsetting equivalent amount of greenhouse gas emissions.

Mahindra & Mahindra has reported a 14.78% rise in its overall auto sales (including exports) at 83702 units for the month of February 2025 as compared to 72923 units in the same month last year. Of the total, the company has posted 19% increase in domestic passenger vehicles sales at 50420 units in February 2025, as compared to 42401 units of passenger vehicles in February 2024. 

RPP Infra Projects has been received letter of acceptance from Superintending Engineer, State Industries Promotion corporation of Tamil Nadu for a new project - SIPCOT - construction of customs office, medical facility and other building and construction of plug and play and warehouse and providing water supply system and construction of compound wall for Sez boundary in Sipcot Mega Lether Park Panapakkam in Ranipet for contract value of Rs 108.80 crore (Including GST).

Lemon Tree Hotels has rebranded Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai to Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai. This hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of the Company.

Solarium Green Energy has received Work Order of around Rs 3.09 crore exclusive of GST from BSF Jammu dated February 28, 2025, for providing, installing, testing and commissioning of 25 KWP off Grid Solar Power Plant at 10 BOPs of SHQ BSF Jammu under FTR HQ BSF Jammu.

SBEC Sugar has entered into Technical and Services agreement with SBEC Systems (India) to get Engineering and Consultancy services for designing sugar plants, expansion/ modernization of existing sugar plants and integration of co-generation facilities.

Aurobindo Pharma has completed the acquisition of entire 80% of the equity share capital of Tergene Biotech, a step-down subsidiary of the Tergene and also a joint venture company, held by Auro Vaccines, a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the Aurobindo Pharma. The purchase consideration is of Rs 10.76 crore.
