Valencia Nutrition has acquired an additional 49% stake in Zion Beverages for Rs 98,00,000, payable in one or more tranches. Consequently, the company has completed the acquisition of a 99% stake in Zion Beverages by entering into the partnership deed on March 1, 2025. This acquisition will drive the company’s expansion into the manufacturing and trading of beverages. With the increased stake in Zion Beverages, the company intends to strengthen its product portfolio, diversify its offerings, and enhance its market share within the competitive beverage industry.
