Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’), Sheetal Cool Products has informed that the Company have entered into an agreement with the Neopolitan Pizza and Foods to establish a business agreement, where in the company will supply its products to the Neopolitan Pizza and Foods. The details as required under SEBI master circular dated July 11, 2023, bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120, and SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023, bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, are given in Annexure -A to this letter.
