The subsidiary company will carry on the business of solar power plant development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and consultancy of any renewable energy power plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects. The Certificate of Incorporation has been received on March 1, 2025.
Insolation Energy is a national solar energy provider and has set up a state of the art fully automatic solar PV module manufacturing plant at Jaipur.
