Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Shyamkamal Investments has informed that Ashok Kumar Varshney (DIN: 10663427) has resigned from the Post of Non -Executive Non- Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4th March, 2025. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Ashok Kumar Varshney that there are no other material reasons for their resignation other than those which are provided in their resignation letter.
