NOCIL has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007’ as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have allotted 64,750 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each on 4th March, 2025 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company as under: 44,750 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of the Company at an Exercise price of Rs.37.65 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 1st April, 2015; 20,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of the Company at an Exercise price of Rs.52.85 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock options granted on 5th May, 2016.
