Oswal Greentech has informed that it attached a copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated March 03, 2025, along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company on the resolutions as specified in the notice, by way of remote e-voting process (e-voting) in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard. Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to all the members whose email address is registered with the Company / Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories as on February 28, 2025 (‘Cut-off Date’). The Company has engaged NSDL for facilitating remote e-voting to enable the Members to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting facility will be available during the period.
