Relic Technologies has completed acquisition of 6,950 shares of Rs 10 each constituting 69.50% of the shareholding of Truhealthy Wellness. With this, Truhealthy Wellness has become a subsidiary of the Company. The company is intending to expand the scope of its business and tap new market opportunities.
In February 2025, the company had received approval to acquire an equity stake of 69.50% in Truhealthy Wellness.
Relic Technologies is engaged in the financial services activities like syndication of bill discounting, intercorporate deposit and stock brokerage activities.
