Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Jagran Prakashan has informed that, Bharat Gupta, Executive President-Digital, (Senior Management Personnel -SMP), has tendered his resignation with effect from 31st March, 2025 to evaluate and pursue other opportunities. A copy of the resignation letter received from Bharat Gupta is enclosed as Annexure-A. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for resignation other than the reason mentioned in the resignation letter. Relevant details as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-B.
