In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ethos has informed that Yogen Khosla (DIN: 00203165), an Independent Director of Ethos, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from March 6, 2025. The information is in regard to the abovementioned change in the Board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A (7B) of Part A of Schedule III - of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure 1. The letter of resignation received from Yogen Khosla is enclosed as Annexure II. Further, in his letter, he has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than stated in the resignation letter.
