Lalani, Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretary, (Membership No. A37774, COP No. 25395) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, for undertaking the Secretarial Audit of the Company for the one term of first five Consecutive years, for the Financial Year with effect from 01st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2030, subject to Shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
