Appointment of Prachi Sathe bearing Membership No. A-70252 as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 10, 2025, on the basis of recommendations received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company; 2. Any other matters incidental with the appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
