Further to letter dated February 6, 2025, enclosed with the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company by way of an Ordinary Resolution for appointment of Manjit Singh (DIN: 09792276) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and based on the Report of the Scrutinizer, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the Members of the Company have duly approved the Ordinary Resolution as specified in the Postal Ballot Notice. The said resolution is deemed to have been passed on Saturday, March 8, 2025, being the last date of remote e-voting. The details of voting results of Postal Ballot pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations and the Scrutinizer's Report are enclosed as Annexure 1 and Annexure 2, respectively. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report are also available on the website of the Company at https://mutualfund.adityabirlacapital.com and on website of KFin Technologies, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company at https://evoting.kfintech.com.
