NTPC Green Energy, Syngene International and Arvind Fashions to see some action today

NTPC Green Energy has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company (CSPGCL) on March 10, 2025 in Chhattisgarh Energy Investors Summit held at Raipur for the purpose of Development of Renewable Energy Projects in the State of Chhattisgarh or any other identified locations comprising of Solar/Wind/Hybrid upto 2 GW capacities and Identification of reservoirs for Development of Floating Solar Projects.

Syngene International is planning to make an additional investment of upto $56 million in equity share capital of Syngene USA Inc (SUSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in one or more tranches. The investment will be utilised to finance the cost of acquisition of biologics facility from Emergent Manufacturing Operations Baltimore, LLC., and for meeting the general corporate, and day-to-day operating requirements.

Club A, the premium fashion retail chain store operated by Arvind Lifestyle Brands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arvind Fashions is planning to expand its presence by opening stores across Hyderabad and Bangalore. It houses a curated selection of renowned brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, U.S. Polo Assn., Arrow, Flying Machine, and Stride. 

Anupam Rasayan India has signed a 10-year letter of intent (LoI) valued at $106 million (around Rs 922 crore) with a Korean multinational recognized for its leadership in specialty chemicals for a high-performance niche chemical expected to be supplied from FY26. This long-term partnership reinforces Anupam’s expertise in delivering advanced chemical solutions and strengthens its presence in high-growth global markets.

Epic Energy (Epic) has received a Letter of Intent from a prestigious 275 bed NABH accredited Oncology and Cancer Care Center based in Nashik, Maharashtra, for the purchase of 2.4 MWp Solar Power to be generated from Epic’s proposed Solar Park in Solapur, Maharashtra, under the Group Captive Open Access Scheme.

Consolidated Construction Consortium’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured orders from various clients worth Rs 100 crore for the period ending February 28, 2025. Also, the company has received orders worth Rs 115 crore for B&F vertical for the period ending January 31, 2025.
