Rail Vikas Nigam has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from National Highway Authority of India for Construction of 6 lane access controlled connectivity to Visakhapatnam Port Road from Km 0.000 (Sabbavaram bypass of Anakapalli – Anandapuram corridor) to Km 12.660 (Sheelanagar junction) of NH 516C on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Andhra Pradesh under NH (O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

Asian Granito India has incorporated Subsidiary Company in Indonesia namely PT AGL Surfaces Indonesia on February 7, 2025. PT AGL Surfaces Indonesia is incorporated with an object to undertake the Wholesale Trading of Roofing Tiles, Bricks, Tiles and the Similar Made of Clay, Lime, Cement or Glass, Wholesale Trading of Construction Materials and various Types of Building Materials and Wholesale Trading of Cement, Lime, Sand and Stone. 

Oriental Rail Infrastructure has secured order worth Rs 2.78 crore from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways for Supply and Installation of 36 coach set of Seats and Berths for LSCN/BW2 coach.

Godrej Agrovet has received approval from Board of Directors for purchase / acquisition of remaining 48.06% Equity Stake in Creamline Dairy Products (CDPL), making CDPL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, upon completion of the said acquisition. The Board of Directors has also approved the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement with the Promoter Group of Creamline Dairy Products (Sellers) and Creamline Dairy Products for purchase / acquisition of 47.38% equity stake in CDPL.

Ride-hailing app Uber has tied up with Refex Green Mobility (Refex eVeelz), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Refex Industries, to deploy 1,000 electric vehicles across key cities by 2026, furthering its efforts to boost electric vehicles on its platform. The collaboration aligns with Uber’s global objective of providing 100 per cent emission-free rides by 2040.
