In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HDFC Asset Management Company has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed on March 12, 2025, approved allotment of 27,090 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers 21,37,65,997 to 21,37,93,086 pursuant to exercise of stock options by an eligible employee of the Company. Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 1,06,89,65,430/- consisting 21,37,93,086 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
