Firstsource Solutions’ subsidiary -- Firstsource Group USA Inc has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Colombia by the name of Firstsource Solutions Colombia S.A.S. The object of incorporation of this wholly owned subsidiary is to expand BPO business in Colombia.
Earlier, the company had launched its Agentic AI Studio, a solution designed to transform the future of work.
Firstsource Solutions is engaged in the business of providing customer management services like contact center, transaction processing and debt collection services including revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
