Gujarat Poly Electronics has informed that it enclosed the copy of Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the members for Appointment of Independent Director. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended from time to time, the Company conducted the Postal Ballot as set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated January 29, 2025. Remote e-voting process concluded at 5.00 pm (IST) yesterday. Based on the report of the scrutinizer, the resolution as contained in the Notice of Postal Ballot is approved/ passed by the shareholders with requisite majority. The voting result is enclosed herewith as required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Scrutinizer’s Report thereon. The voting results along with Scrutinizer’s Report are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.gpelindia.in and National Services Depository at www.evoting.nsdi.com, the agency providing e voting facility.
