Hemant Surgical Industries has completed the acquisition of Solar Opto-Medic, on March 13, 2025. Post acquisition, Solar Opto-Medic has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from March 13, 2025.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on February 24, 2025 for acquisition of 100% equity shareholding of Solar Opto-Medic.
Hemant surgical Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing, importing, assembly and marketing of medical equipment and disposables.
