Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the Listing Regulations and other applicable provisions, if any, L&T Finance has informed that the Company has received a Crisil ESG rating of 68 (rating category – strong and disclosure level – very good) (rating based on fiscal 2024 data, basis public disclosures on Environment Social Governance (ESG) parameters made by the Company at the consolidated level) from a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider under Category I, Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics. The aforesaid rating was received by the Company vide email dated March 13, 2025 at 7.26 pm.
