Can Fin Homes has informed that pursuant to the recommendations of Nomination Remuneration and HR Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed A Narayanan as Chief Information Officer (CIO), (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from 14/03/2024 on Contract basis for a period of two years. The details of appointment as per the requirement under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR /P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided as Annexure-1; Consequent to the aforesaid appointment of CIO, Sunil Kumar Pasupuleti, designated as Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) would be moving back to his previous position of Head-IT as Chief Manager with immediate effect. The details of Cessation as per the requirement under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided as Annexure-2.
