Welspun Specialty Solutions has informed that pursuant to announcement made on March 4, 2025 regarding BHEL (Trichy) notification to Welspun Specialty Solutions as L1 bidder for supply of approx 4,050 tons of Stainless Steel Seamless Boiler Tubes for series of Super critical Thermal Power Projects, we are pleased to inform that the said formal Purchase Contract has now been awarded. The final value of the contract is Rs. 231.78 Crore (excluding GST) and is expected to be executed progressively during next 13 months (April 2026). The Company has received the said contract in normal course of business. The said transaction is not falling under related party transaction and is done at arm’s length basis. The above is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
