Further, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through its Fresh Certificate of incorporation dated today, 17th March, 2025 have approved the change of name of the Company from ‘Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd’ to ‘UVS Hospitality and Services Limited.’ Fresh Certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name is attached.
