Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries has informed that the members of the Company vide Special resolution passed through Postal ballot, have approved the change of name of the Company from ‘Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd’ to ‘UVS Hospitality and Services Limited’ on 19th December, 2024. Further, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through its Fresh Certificate of incorporation dated today, 17th March, 2025 have approved the change of name of the Company from ‘Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd’ to ‘UVS Hospitality and Services Limited.’ Fresh Certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name is attached. Further, the Company has started its process to give effect to the change of name of Company with all concerned department and regulators.
