No. CA-31017/6/2022-PNG (44381) dated March 07, 2025, Vikas Kaushal (DIN 10993007) has been appointed on the Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation as Chairman and Managing Director (C&MD) at the Board Meeting held today & he has assumed the charge as C&MD effective March 17, 2025. Consequently, the additional charge of C&MO, HPCL entrusted to Rajneesh Narang, Director- Finance has concluded. As indicated in the MOP&NG letter the term of appointment of Vikas Kaushal is for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post i.e., March 17, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. A Brief profile of Vikas Kaushal is attached at Annexure - 1. Vikas Kaushal is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. He is also not debarred from holding the position of Director by virtue of any order of the SEBI or any other such authority. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 12.15 pm.
