Kothari Industrial Corporation has informed that BSE Limited (BSE) vide their letter dated 17th March 2025 have approved the re-classification of Rakesh Garg from 'Promoter Group' to 'Public Category' in accordance with Regulation 31 A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, Rakesh Garg has been removed from the Promoter group of the Company. A copy of approval letter received from BSE is enclosed.
