In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that the Company is in receipt of notice from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE dated 17.03.2025 regarding noncompliance with the provisions of Regulation 17(1), 17(2A), 18 (1), 19(1)/(2), 20(2)/2A) and 21(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 and has imposed a fine of Rs 12,53,160 each for such non-compliance.
