Yash Highvoltage has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of company in United States of America (USA) under the proposed name of ‘YASH HV USA Inc’. The subsidiary will carry out the activities of the Sales & Marketing of the various products of the company in USA. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 19, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
Yash Highvoltage is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of wide range of transformer bushings - Oil Impregnated Paper (OIP) condenser bushing, Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) / Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) condenser bushing, High Voltage and High Current bushing, OIP Wall bushing and Oil to Oil bushing.
