FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on November 15, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2542.00 crore against gross sell of Rs 2326.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 215.90 crore in equities on November 15, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1559.40 crore with gross sales of Rs 1026.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 532.80 crore in debt on November 15, 2011.
