Metkore Alloys & Industries has acquired a total of 163,427 equity shares of nominal value Omani Riyal 1 each in Metkore Alloys Overseas LLC EZC I, Sultanate of Oman, 200 shares being held by Prashant Boorugu.

Of these 163,427 equity shares, the company has transferred 83,250 equity shares of nominal value Omani Riyal 1 each to Takamul Investment Company SAOC Sultanate of Oman, who has entered into a joint venture with the company. Prashant Boorugu has sold his 200 shares to Takamul Investment Company.

Metkore Alloys & Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of high carbon ferro-chrome for use in the stainless steel industry.
