R R Kabel has informed that the Finance and Allotment Committee at its Meeting held on 20 March 2025, has allotted 4,448 Equity Shares of face value of ? 5 each to the eligible employee who had exercised his vested options under the RR Kabel Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (RRKL ESOP 2020). Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ? 56,53,42,265 (consisting of 11,30,68,453 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each) to ? 56,53,64,505 (consisting of 11,30,72,901 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each). The details as required under Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
