Credit rating agency, CARE has assigned ‘BBB’ rating to Saksoft’s Long-term bank facilities worth Rs 10 crore. The rating agency has also assigned ‘A3’ rating to the company’s Short-term bank facilities worth Rs 25 crore.
The company has received the said ratings on back of its long operational track record, satisfactory track record of promoters in establishing and scaling up of new businesses, reputed client base, support from the group companies which have funded acquisitions in the past and comfortable capital structure.
Saksoft is an Information technology company which provides end-to-end business solutions including consulting, design, development, systems integration, implementation, testing and operates predominantly in the Information Management segment providing Business Intelligence/Data warehouse solutions.
