Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Jindal Stainless has informed that Anurag Mantri, Executive Director & Group CFO (designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue new professional opportunities. Accordingly, he will cease to be the Executive Director & Group CFO of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 04th April, 2025. In this regard, a detailed disclosure in compliance with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, along with a copy of resignation letter are enclosed as Annexure-1 and Annexure-2, respectively.
