LIST /COMP /01/2019-20 dated April 2nd, 2019, Pecos Hotels and Pubs has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the half year and year ending on March 31, 2025. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders / Designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the above-mentioned code.
