With reference to its intimation dated March 30, 2024 regarding deferring setting up of new manufacturing facility in South India, for the Steel Building Division through Everest Steel Building (‘ESBPL’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to FY 2024-25. Everest Industries has informed that the aforesaid setting up of manufacturing facility in R. Ananthpuram, South India, for the Steel Building Division is deferred to next Financial Year 2025-26. However, activities pertaining to development of allotted land plot will commence shortly.
