Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Silverline Technologies has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 14th February, 2025 vide special resolution have agreed to alter the Main Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the Company. According, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) has approved the alteration in objects clause of the Memorandum of Association and the Certificate of alteration in objects clause issued by MCA is attached.
